Student Contribution to Art Activities in University

Abstract

Art activities play an important role in the art development of the students. Art events are organized for students who are studying in art and design departments at universities. There are many art activities in the arts such as graphic design, fashion design, industrial product design, handicrafts, plastic arts (painting, sculpture, ceramics) which are arts and design departments of fine arts faculties. There are many different venues such as exhibitions, painting competitions, wall paintings, ceramic works, exhibitions of painting lessons or exhibitions of the projects in the departments. These activities are affecting the students in different ways. The work that has been done is an incentive for non-interested students and can be an important element. Students are influenced by social and cultural aspects from different angles.

In this study, how art activities organized in the arts and design departments at universities will benefit the students will be investigated by questionnaire method that students gain.
